Grateful to Conduent for the invitation to attend Conduent Elevate. As Day 2 comes to a close and we head into the final day tomorrow, it has been insightful hearing perspectives on how organizations are approaching operational transformation across healthcare, insurance, and customer operations. A major theme throughout today's discussions centered around elevating outcomes through the combination of: - operational efficiency - improved customer interactions - measurable outcomes at scale What stood out most was the focus on the industry's shift from AI proof of concept to operational execution — embedding AI into decision-making, workflow optimization, and service delivery environments to drive more scalable and intelligent operations. The discussions also emphasized approaching disruption responsibly by balancing innovation, scalability, governance, and real-world operational impact rather than implementing AI for the sake of hype. Appreciate the opportunity to connect with leaders across the industry, and looking forward to the final day of discussions tomorrow. Also appreciated the thoughtful welcome package and hospitality from the Conduent team #ConduentElevate #Conduent #AI #Healthcare #Insurance

𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐈 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 Capgemini sent a significant message today, with its Capital Market Day. In essence, the company says that AI (think LLMs) is a growth and profits opportunity for the firm: its guidance for 2025-28 is: 💥 CC CAGR of +5.5% to +7.5%, including 2 pts from acquisitions 💥 An operating margin improvement (before M&As) of 130-150 bps between 2025-28, and reach 12.1-12.3% in revenues. 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: 💥A firm message signaling that AI will drive the transformation of its clients' IT, operations, and R&D, and that the deflationary impact of using AI will not materialize in the short- to mid-term. Investors will be relieved, as IT services spending has been subdued over the past three years, due to a lack of discretionary spending and increases in SaaS and cloud prices 💥No significant change in the M&A strategy, which will be dominated by the WNS integration. At a time when its Indian peers are accelerating on mid-sized M&As, (think TCS with its two #Salesforce acquisitions), Capgemini, I think, maintains its focus on rare but transformational acquisitions (e.g., WNS, Altran), complemented mostly by bolt-ons 💥 Continued financial repositioning: Capgemini is moving from its adjusted EBIT margin that excluded restructuring costs and stock-based payments to a new KPI: operating margin before acquisition-related expenses. Capgemini is getting closer to Indian standards, although it is still miles away from tier-one Indian vendors.
