🎯 Our mission Our mission is to bring clarity, trust, and intelligence to the creator economy. In a space that is fragmented and often opaque, we provide the data infrastructure and AI tools that help brands and agencies run influencer marketing with confidence. Instead of functioning as an agency, Favikon offers a fully product-driven platform that equips teams with reliable insights, transparent analytics, and automated workflows. 💜 Why Favikon? Favikon is built for the modern creator economy. We combine creator discover, outreach, insights and campaign management to give marketing teams a complete operating system for influencer marketing. Whether your goal is discovery, brand awareness, lead generation, or revenue, Favikon helps you make faster, research-driven decisions at scale.

The creator economy is reshaping marketing, media, and culture, and somehow nobody has built the voice that defines it. We're hiring the person who will. Global Head of Brand at Favikon. Truly the dream job for anyone who lives and breathes the creator economy. You'd be our third voice alongside me and Elena Freeman, and the one who plants Favikon's flag in the creator economy for real. The version where you headline at Cannes Lions, write white papers that get cited by Bloomberg, and turn our dataset (the most qualitative one in the creator economy) into the research that reshapes how the industry thinks about itself. We're going for category-defining. We're not there yet. That's the job. What you'd actually do: - Lead our white paper program, original research that becomes the cited reference for the creator economy - Headline at Cannes Lions, VidCon, IAB, Possible, the rooms where this industry is being shaped - Become a name in the space alongside Favikon's, podcasts, op-eds, mics - Own brand voice across everything we ship - Coach our entire leadership team into being credible voices, twenty distinct creators inside one company Who I'm looking for: someone who's already a sharp voice in this space, or about to be. I care about what you've built, more than how long you've been building it. If you're four years in with a newsletter people read and a panel you've crushed, we should talk. If you're ten years in and still curious as hell, same. Fully remote, unless you're already based in France, EU/UK or US East Coast (ideally but we can always work things out if you're in LA). Regular time together in Cannes or Paris, on us. Real autonomy. Real ambition. The creator economy is the most important shift in marketing of the last decade and nobody has built the brand voice for it yet. That's the role. Full description and how to apply: https://lnkd.in/e5DSkMkQ PS: last role I posted, 90%+ of applications were copy-paste with zero effort to say why they were right for it. I read every single one and it makes a night-and-day difference. Take the ten minutes.

I pulled the May 2026 batch of LinkedIn Top Voices and ran the numbers. What I found surprised me: The Top Voice badge isn't really about LinkedIn anymore. It's about credentialing executives and importing celebrities from other platforms. Five numbers tell the story: → 58% of the batch are CEOs, founders, or presidents. The badge is now a C-suite credential, not a creator award. → Median follower count: 20,062. Half the badge holders have less than that. Audience size is no longer how you earn this. → The cohort has 12.7x more combined reach on Instagram than on LinkedIn itself. LinkedIn is borrowing celebrities from platforms it can't compete with. → Smallest account in the entire global batch: 1,297 followers (Toby Courtauld, CEO of a £2.5bn London real estate company). Still got the badge. → Most active poster: 131 posts a month. His engagement rate: 0.26%. Volume is anti-correlated with the very metric the badge tracks. The takeaway: if you've spent five years grinding LinkedIn growth tactics to chase a Top Voice badge, you've been chasing the wrong thing. Justin Welsh, who arguably understood LinkedIn better than anyone, lost his badge. The credential moved on. Full analysis with all the data, charts, and case studies in my (long) Substack piece: https://lnkd.in/e9qqjGTK PS: I gave up a jour férié for this, which any French person will tell you is the ultimate sacrifice. But honestly I refresh for the new Top Voice batch like other people wait for an Apple keynote. Help.

Forget the red carpet. The best thing happening in Cannes this week is right here. We're halfway through the Favikon offsite and I'm honestly so excited. The plans for what we're shipping next, the way the team is showing up, the chats between sessions, it all points to the same thing: the rest of the year is going to be wild for the creator economy, and we're going to be right in the middle of it. Big thanks to Kai Shapiro for coming in to hang with the team. His creator economy facts game was a highlight. Everyone left smarter and louder. Lucky to work with the best team ever 🧡 PS: June is going to be a big month. Huge launch coming, our biggest ever 🙏 (and yes, also a baby, but that's a different post 😅)

Brendan Gahan never sleeps. Good reason: he’s too busy being the boss of LinkedIn influencer marketing. Most “LinkedIn growth” advice on this platform is recycled garbage written by people boosted by engagement pods and a course to sell. Brendan is the exception. He’s actually built it, for himself and for the brands he works with. Megan Mahoney sat him down and got him to walk through his full playbook, step by step. No fluff, no gatekeeping, just the actual mechanics of how to build a LinkedIn influencer strategy that works. If you’re serious about LinkedIn as a B2B channel, this one’s worth 30 minutes of your time. 👉Watch here: https://lnkd.in/eAxaxMeB

Adam Holmgren, CEO and founder of Fibbler, spent $100k on LinkedIn thought leader ads. Most people would expect the usual strategies: "Find creators with big audiences." "Make sure the content is on brand." "Track your clicks." What he found instead was counterintuitive. And in the end, creator posts got the same engagement as his own founder content, but they drove 2x the landing page clicks. Same effort, double the traffic (and from people who weren't even him). He shared his full playbook publicly. We broke it down into 4 steps 👇 Want to find the right creators for your next LinkedIn campaign? Try Favikon for free 👉 https://app.favikon.com/
