🤖🏥 Humanoid robots in hospitals ↘ At SantExpo, our Co-Founder & Vice President, CSO Samuel Benveniste joined Caroline Rampeneaux, Maribel Pino, and Gabriel Moeyaert for a discussion alongside Capgemini on a key challenge for healthcare #robotics: "how to deploy humanoid robots in a way that is simple, secure, and scalable." Robots only make sense if they are designed as assistants for caregivers and patients and not replacements. Over the 3 days of #SantExpo, discussions continued on the Capgemini booth around: • reducing social isolation • supporting repetitive tasks • freeing up time where human presence matters most • and managing fleets of robots at scale in healthcare environments ⚙️ We also showcased a Proof of Concept around robot fleet management in nursing homes. ↘ HOW DO WE TALK ABOUT AI 🧠 AND ROBOTICS 🤖 WITH PEOPLE WHO DIDN’T GROW UP WITH THEM? Last week, our CEO Jérôme Monceaux took part in the "EmilIA" conference cycle organized by the Broca Living Lab — a series of 10 conferences dedicated to helping seniors better understand artificial intelligence and its impact on everyday life. 🎥 Watch the full recorded conference (LINK IN COMMENTS) 💬 During his talk on “AI & Robotics”, Jérôme explored how AI takes shape through interactive robots capable of evolving in human environments. But beyond the presentation itself, what made this moment special was the discussion: questions, reactions, curiosity, concerns, hopes and direct interactions with the robot during a dedicated workshop. AI awareness is not only about explaining technology, it’s also about listening, exchanging, and building an informed and human-centered conversation together.
