We are #hiring ... 🚀
Inbolt is on a mission to make vision-guided robotics the norm, not the exception, on the shop floor. Automation is no longer optional in manufacturing, but traditional solutions are costly due to the need for rigid infrastructure like jigs, indexing systems, and stop-and-go lines. Inbolt is changing that. Their AI-powered robotic guidance enables flexible, smart automation in unstructured and dynamic environments. The generalist AI requires no custom tuning, adapts to any application, and delivers real-time, vision-based robot guidance. They’re trusted by leaders like Stellantis, Renault, Toyota and Ford with deployments in over 50 factories across Europe, the U.S., and Japan. In particular, their real-time guidance capability enables automation on continuously moving assembly lines, the final frontier of factory automation. Backed by $20M from SOSV, Exor, and MIG, Inbolt is setting a new standard for robotics in manufacturing.

A 2.55% reject rate on bolt run-down might sound small... On Stellantis' V-6 Pentastar line in Trenton, it meant an operator stationed at the end of the line, manually finishing every bolt the robot missed. Their lift-and-locate system couldn't index the engine reliably enough. Adding more fixturing meant slowing the cycle and rebuilding the line. Inbolt deployed 3D vision and AI on the existing setup. The robot reads engine position in 6DoF and adapts in real time, engaging the bolt at any orientation. Results at Trenton: ️ ⭐️ Non-engagement rate: 2.55% → 0.24% ️ ⭐️ Part rejections down 90.5% ️ ⭐️ 12-month payback Full case study here: https://lnkd.in/eesD9zU3 #Automotive #IndustrialAutomation #Robotics #Manufacturing #Stellantis

Accurate screwdriving on moving parts with Physical AI 🎯🤖 Screw driving has been a challenge to automate for decades. It takes a great deal to employ a consistent force and position while predicting movement and adjusting the path. By predicting movement and continuously using PhysicalAI adjusting the path, the robot maintains stable force and position throughout the process. This reduces manual correction, improves cycle time and standardises tasks that are difficult to automate with conventional motion control. 👉 Discover more via the link in the comments. #FANUCEurope #PhysicalAI #automation

A robot that can see what it’s doing changes a lot. Not in a futuristic, far-off way. In a very practical factory floor way. Parts move. Lighting changes. Products vary. Setups don’t always stay perfect. That’s why real-time 3D vision and AI are becoming such a big part of the next chapter of automation. Our member Inbolt is one of many push that shift forward, giving robots the ability to adjust in motion instead of depending on rigid programming alone. So excited to see the latest in this technology at Automate Show 2026!
🔩 Robots That Finally See What They’re Doing 👏🏼 The era of rigid, unreliable robot automation is ending - real-time 3D vision and AI are making robots as adaptable as humans on the factory floor. This isn’t a lab demo - it’s live in over 70 factories worldwide and Inbolt -powered robots have clocked 40 million cycles and can be deployed in days, not weeks. The global 3D vision market is set to double by 2032, and it’s easy to see why: Manufacturers are finally getting automation that’s as flexible as their products. The paradigm is shifting - from rigid programming to robots that understand and adapt. Real-time AI vision is the new standard for smart manufacturing. *** 🤖 Made it this far? The fastest-growing bin-picking application isn't actually bin picking. Walk a modern automotive or metal-forming plant and ask what's labelled "bin pick". Half of it isn't a bin at all. Parts in dunnage. Parts in racks. Parts on carriers. Single layers in totes. Deracking from fixtures. Picking off a moving conveyor. The deep-bin, random-orientation pick (the canonical case) is one slice of the category, not the whole thing. That matters because vision systems get specced for the headline case. Buyers describe their problem as "bin picking," vendors hear the random-bin showcase video, and the system either arrives over-engineered for chaos that mostly isn't there, or under-engineered for the variability that actually is. The reality is a spectrum. Fully structured at one end. Fully random at the other. Most factory work sits between the two, and the volume of work coming online (driven by mixed-reference lines, model proliferation, and reshored brownfield expansions) is growing fastest in that middle ground. A vision system needs to handle the full range. Structured for the predictable work, semi-structured for the messy middle, fully random for the genuine chaos. The question for plant engineers isn't "do we need bin picking?" — it's "what's the actual structure of the picking we already call bin picking?" 🤔 How does your line break down: structured, semi-structured, random? #Manufacturing #IndustrialAutomation #MachineVision #Inbolt #BinPicking #Robotics

🦾 Masz pytania? Skontaktuj się z ekspertem: roboty@elmark.com.pl
