For anyone looking for a Blender 5 compatible version you can look at Marcoo's Github release. I guess this hasn't been merged because the original author is AWOL:

Do you know why I can't use the modification for those only 4 things : Room - Door - Rail window - Panel Window

i have the message : "use properties panel (N) to define parts and I have nothing in the properties panel of curse.
