Pronunciation templates

[edit]

Hi. Regarding this: please do not copy–paste the surface output of templates by removing the template itself from an article. In this case, these pronunciation templates automatically format special IPA characters for readability, provide links to help pages explaining the symbols, and also include audio files that go completely lost if you just copy and paste the audio symbol. Thanks, that's awful. I'll keep an eye out when going between VE and SE in those instances. Whonting (talk) 22:36, 28 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Re. GANs and FACs

[edit]

I might be too old on-Wiki (though still in my school years) to contribute to this page.

But, I appreciate the initiative. Even I and user Noleander had worked on WP:FACFAQ, though it's still some time before more users refer to it. I would appreciate your thoughts on it. Thanks for all your work here. Best, MSincccc (talk) 07:10, 26 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

I'm hopeful the reflections produce some actionable insight. I have left a few comments at FACFAQ, I admit some reflecting taste more than anything else. Whonting (talk) 10:07, 26 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
