Bot Tasks
[edit]This bot, Grammar-FixBot, is a fully automated maintenance account run by Wikitranslator1242. It should be run 24/7 on Toolforge once approved. The bot has two separate, consensus-supported task:
Maintenance Task: Grammar and Typo Fixing
Objective: To enhance the quality and consistency of articles by correcting simple, uncontentious mistakes. Method: The bot operates according to agreed, consensus-supported lists of frequent typos and grammatical mistakes (e.g., normalizing capitalization, correcting frequent misspellings).
Action: Edits will be taken slowly and far apart to save server space and will incorporate readable, descriptive edit summaries (e.g., Bot: Correcting frequent typo 'recieve' to 'receive').
