This module is an extension from Content Language Access module, and instead of checking highlevel node, these checks only Block content level.
The configuration is pretty much the same of the Content Language Access module, this actually use the same configuration.
The pourpose of this is to disable, by checking the access, block contents if they are presenting in a language that this content doesn't have a translation.
