Template Entities

The Template Entities module provides a flexible tool for creating, managing and using templates for all types of content such as nodes, block content (custom blocks), taxonomy terms and more.

There are many use cases that can be supported with it's flexible and pluggable architecture. The module ships with basic built-in support for all content entity types, plus specialised support for nodes, books, taxonomy terms, and custom blocks with layouts.

In addition to a basic generic UX, the module also includes starter sub-modules for nodes and custom blocks that provide a stream-lined UX for managing and using node and custom block templates.

The module is of particular value to larger projects with multi-role editorial teams and contributors by facilitating creation of complex content in a reliable and controlled manner.
