That’s why we are excited to announce the launch of the Insurance Data Network, or #IDN. We understand the challenges faced by one insurer often impact the entire industry. Until now, insurers had limited options for collaborating and understanding these effects. IDN changes that! IDN enables cross-carrier data sharing, benefitting both member insurers and their policyholders. IDN members control their own data, and receive actionable insights through products they already use. As a result, IDN members are at the forefront of fraud and risk management. In this role, I’ll be working closely with Marija Nakevska, PhD (Chief Product Officer) and Marc Jones (Chief Technology Officer), together with the rest of the leadership team, helping connect the work across Product and Technology so the organisation can move with clarity, focus, and speed. At its core, the role is about alignment: bringing together strategy, operations, and communication so teams can build the right things; and build them in a sustainable way. Great products don’t happen by accident. They emerge when thoughtful people, clear priorities, and strong systems come together. Looking forward to supporting that work from the inside. Grateful to the teams and people who made this next chapter possible. And excited to get started!

Marc Jones reagerede på detteMarc Jones reagerede på detteI'm pretty impressed with Codex. I hadn't touched my personal blog in two years and it felt like a daunting task to do so. This weekend I decided to experiment with Codex. Since I mostly use Claude Code at work, Codex was still on my “I need to try” list. Two or three hours later… my blog had a whole new design on a new up-to date framework and was deployed. Here is what I used Codex for: • Migrated the entire blog from Nuxt → Astro • Helped refactor the CSS and rethink the layout • Preserved the whole Storyblok content structure and wired it up to Astro • Untangled a few “I haven’t deployed this since another geological era” issues with Vercel and Node.js 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁 For the last 10 years, rebuilding my blog meant the usual: open my editor, read docs, break things, fix things, repeat until it works. This time I didn't have to open the editor at all. I did look through it in the end and make some minor tweaks, but I can see a future now where you can build and deploy websites without working in an editor and reading hours of documentation pages. Hun ville gerne afvæbne forestillingen om, at iværksættere skal betale formueskat. Den slags værdi skal opføres til 'bogført værdi' (f.eks kostpris el. indre værdi). Det er åbenbart ikke god valgstrategi er f...'e med iværksættere. Men Mette og Morten Bødskov overvej nu, hvad iværksætternes næste skridt på rejsen er. Med denne logik gør i en børsnotering i Danmark helt uattraktiv (måske umulig) i forhold til at sælge til en udenlandsk kapitalfond. (For en børsnotering muliggør ikke længere, at det bogførte værdi holdes på kostpris.) Alt for mange danske guldkorn ender i hænderne på udenlandske investorer (Pleo er delvist et eksempel herpå). After a lot of listening inward and thoughtful reflection, I’ll soon be closing my time as Chief Operating Officer at Zignaly and ZIGChain. The decision didn’t come lightly. Working with this team has been a real gift, and I leave feeling grateful for the trust, generosity, and openness I experienced throughout. What a journey! Together, we navigated complexity, we've built systems with intention, while always celebrating important achievements. Over the past two years, I’ve learned a A LOT. I know more about leadership, about people, and also about myself. A special thank you to the founders, Bartolome R Bordallo, Abdul Rafay Gadit, and David Rodríguez Coronado, and to the leadership team for the confidence they placed in me and for allowing me to lead with care, clarity, and a strong people-first approach. And of course, to the wider team (you all know who you are!): your commitment, your excellence, and your humanity are what made the role worth playing. Now it's time to continue doing the work I care most about: building clear systems, supporting leadership teams, and helping organizations operate with focus and trust. Probing that in this life, it's possible to do meaningful, innovative projects in a sustainable way, without abandoning ourselves in the process. We can have it all.
