Meet Chickstrup, our little explorer with a big mission! Over the past weeks, he has been travelling across our global offices, hitching rides with our meters and spreading a bit of Easter joy wherever he landed. Along the way, Chickstrup has been welcomed by teams everywhere, experiencing our culture and collaboration. He has also seen our commitment to a greener tomorrow and how we use data and intelligent solutions to make a real difference by reducing water loss, improving energy efficiency in heating and cooling, and enabling smarter use of electricity worldwide. Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming one of the Netherlands’ major district heating network operators to Stilling - our long-standing partner, Vattenfall. With a collaboration spanning more than 30 years, our relationship is built on trust, strong cooperation, and a shared commitment to quality. The visit provided a great opportunity for valuable discussions and knowledge sharing. Alongside this, our guests also toured our production facilities, gaining insight into how we deliver consistent, high-quality solutions. Thank you for the visit - we look forward to many more years of collaboration.

Strong leadership is something we develop together. Last week, our top 45 leaders gathered for Kamstrup Leadership Forum (KLF) - a space dedicated to sparring, and development. Because while results matter, we know they are created through collaboration and empowerment of teams to take accountability. The KLF focuses both on personal leadership and on expanding the tools leaders use to support their teams and navigate an evolving business environment. It is about understanding one’s own leadership while also developing the capabilities needed to lead others and empower the organisation to take accountability. A key part of the forum is the shared learning that takes place. Leadership development grows through conversations with peers and the opportunity to reflect together. Because when leaders grow, it creates better conditions for people and teams across the organization to succeed.

This year, Kamstrup celebrates 80 years - a milestone built on innovation, quality, and above all, people working Better Together. In this video, colleagues with 25 years, 15 years, and 2.5 years of Kamstrup experience reflect on what it feels like to be part of the journey. Different starting points and perspectives. Yet many of the same themes appear. A shared drive to keep improving, pride in the impact we create, a culture where ideas move freely across teams and a belief that innovation is not only about technology, but about the people and culture that bring it to life.
