What could solvent-free retort lamination mean at plant level? Solvent-free retort lamination helps flexible packaging converters transition away from traditional solvent-based processes without compromising the thermal and chemical resistance required for retort and hot-fill packaging. By eliminating solvent drying, converters could avoid approximately 3,200 metric tons of CO₂ and 144,000 m³ of natural gas per year, supporting both sustainability targets and operating cost reduction.
