A recent BBC article suggests that in today’s hiring process, humans aren’t always watching AI interviews. At Phaidon International, we do. Every single one. Because graduate hiring is evolving, and AI is accelerating it. From CVs to cover letters, email applications to AI processes, each shift reflects how hiring adapts to the way people communicate, work, and demonstrate value. We don’t just hire based on what’s on paper. Instead, we hire for ambition, resilience, and the drive to build something real. “The search is soul-destroying”: Young jobseekers struggling to find work A recent article by the BBC highlighted a tough reality for early careers talent that 957,000 16–24-year-olds are currently not in education, employment or training. There is fierce competition for entry-level roles and AI is reshaping traditional first-job pathways. This market is challenging, especially for graduates with ambition but no clear route in. At Phaidon International, we see this differently. We’re not looking for people who are just “hoping something works out.” We’re looking for individuals who are: ✔️ Ambitious and commercially driven ✔️ Competitive and resilient ✔️ Curious and quick to learn ✔️ Genuinely motivated by helping people build their careers ✔️ Ready to be measured on performance, not tenure We're fast-paced, high-performance, and people-centric. We invest heavily in training, structure, and progression, but we expect focus, accountability and drive in return. If you’re a graduate or early in your career and want: • Clear progression • A meritocratic environment • To be rewarded, both financially and in purpose • Real responsibility early on • The opportunity to impact people’s careers every day Then let’s talk. We’re hiring and we’re looking for future leaders: https://hubs.la/Q0459MSx0

AI is reshaping roles across life sciences, not replacing them outright. In PharmaVoice, Jae Yoo of EPM Scientific shares how pharmaceutical organizations are evolving their talent models, building hybrid roles that combine data capability, commercial insight, and strategic thinking as AI becomes more embedded in operations. As one of Phaidon International’s specialist talent partners, EPM Scientific works closely with life sciences organizations navigating this shift. The conversation is no longer about job loss; it is about role redesign and future ready capability. Read the full article below.
In PharmaVoice, Jae Yoo, Executive Director at EPM Scientific, explains how AI is driving a redesign of pharma roles rather than replacing them outright, with companies building hybrid functions that combine data, commercial insight, and market strategy: “AI is allowing a lot of companies to transform some roles and make them more productive, versus hiring routine and repetitive rules-based positions. Our clients are asking us more for cross-functional skill sets than maybe a technical expert in just one area.” Read Jae's full insights: https://hubs.la/Q043C5-B0
