Last week, we attended the very first Social Night in Hamburg, hosted by Viva con Agua and Personio. ✨ We had the chance to moderate a panel with Nadine Nobile, Michael Fritz, and Claudia Meister, diving into the real challenges and opportunities in People & Culture for nonprofit organizations. The conversations were really honest – covering everything from compensation and retention to building strong teams with limited resources. Watching people connect, exchange what actually works, and support one another was a great reminder of why we do this work. 💡 What can 8 nonprofit HR professionals learn in one room that they can't learn alone? Yesterday we hosted our first onsite training on conflict management in Berlin. Huge thanks to Lena Schwarz for leading such a practical session and all participants for showing up with curiosity! The session focused on practicing real conflict resolution. Peer exchange revealed shared patterns and what actually works across organizations.
