Seeking Airtable expert to build MVP platform for modular operational tracking toolkit

I’m looking for an experienced Airtable expert to help develop an MVP platform for a modular workflow and data tracking toolkit focused on operational delivery of sustainability or performance commitments. The tool is designed to support teams and suppliers in delivering on tiered targets (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold), track data and activity at project level, and surface both progress and recurring barriers. The front end will be built in Softr or a similar no-code interface to allow intuitive access for different user types (e.g. project teams, suppliers, funders). 🔧 Core Airtable Build Requirements: Projects must be able to select from Bronze, Silver, or Gold commitment levels, which trigger: Tailored workflow prompts Role-based task assignment Procurement guidance aligned to the selected ambition Data collection requirements (e.g. quantitative and qualitative inputs) Generation of performance dashboards (e.g. % progress, commitment met/not met) Calculations of efficienc

Add records in List View on Mobile

Can anyone give me a definitive answer to this question?I have a list Interface with 3 levels of heirarchy - Apiary, Hive, InspectionThis is for beekeeping. An apiary is a collection of Hives and Hives are inspected frequently.On desktop in a browser (Safari) I can click into the Apiary Details and scroll down to the list of Hives and add a new one.Still on desktop, when I expand the Apiary the interface shows its Hives as expected with an ‘+Add Record’ (why can’t I call them Hives?) button, and when I expand a Hive I can see the inspections as expected and at the bottom of the list of inspections is a ‘+ Add Inspection’. All good. Makes sense.But none of those things are available in mobile (iOS 18.3.2, iPhone 12 Pro)I can open an item at any level and edit that item but I can’t add new hives or inspections. Looks like this:Am I missing something? This is a key feature for me and being able to do this in mobile is really why I’m building this app.I read an announcement from a year ago

Can't add new record to list in Interface on mobile

Hi all,I have a list layout in Interface which allows users to click into records.  In the page which loads, I have a list block which shows a list of players who have played a game.  I have it set up to allow users to add new players to that list.  It works as expected on desktop, but not on the mobile Interface.  On mobile any existing players are visible, but there's no button to add a new player to the list.Is this a feature that just hasn't come out yet or am I missing something super obvious lol?  TIA!

Looking for a simple call tracker feature

Hello All,I run a real estate wholesale business and I'm looking to create a new table that will basically just tally all the calls we make every day. I would essentially like to be able to just click a button inside each record when a call attempt is made and have that data go to a new table, separated by date just so we can track daily calls.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Auto Clear values from Form

Hi Team, I would like to understand, how to automatically reset the form sub-field values, when user change the parent input field. Here is a simple example,Form has two fields, Country and State which is dynamically populated using Linked record feature State field will be shown displayed, only when Country field is not-empty (ie, only when user selects the country, state field will be enabled for selection) Once user selects the Country and State, and when we clear the country selection, then automatically state field is getting disappeared as per the condition mentioned in step-2 When user selects the country again, State field is shown, but with previously selected value We do not want this field to show the users previous selection, because user has changed the country , hence we want user to reselect the state freshly and not showing the previous selected value

Page Designer Rich Text Formatting Enabled Issue

Is anyone else having issues with Page Designer today? For some reason, all of the builds I’ve created across multiple bases with Long Text fields (with rich text formatting enabled) aren’t displaying correctly. I’m just seeing numbers like 0, 1, 2, 3. We rely on rich text formatting to include links and emails in our letters, so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with our setup or if this feature is no longer supported. I also put in a ticket just in case it’s a temporary error, but wanted to see if anyone else in the community has the same experience.Selected in green is rich text enabled, and right side is just the long text field

Linked record displaying airtable recordID instead of primary field only in gannt view

My base has a people table and a calendar table. The primary field in the people table is name. In the calendar table, the people table is linked with a field called assignee. In the calendar table, the assignee field correctly displays the primary field name value in grid, calendar, kanban, timeline, gallery and list views, however in all ~100 gannt views my team has created the assignee field now incorrectly displays the airtable record ID of the linked record in the people table. This just began yesterday. Why is this happening?Am I able to change something to correct this?

Scaling Successfully in Airtable

Hi Everyone,I’m reaching out because we’ve hit the automation limit on a base that has grown into a key tool for our team. What began as a course-to-community partner matching system has since evolved into our Master CRM and now also includes evaluation workflows.As we consider next steps, we’re wondering whether to split our workflows into separate bases to reduce strain or to consolidate further using scripting or other advanced methods. One of our key challenges is that our data is highly interconnected, which makes us hesitant to break it into separate systems without a clear strategy for preserving those relationships. Additionally, we plan to add further workflows to Airtable, so scalability is becoming even more of a concern.If anyone here has experience successfully scaling departmental or multi-functional tasks in Airtable, we’d be grateful to learn from your approach. Page Designer not pulling in the text that is in the long text field

Hi all,We've been using a Page Designer invoice setup for a few years without issue, but we're now running into a problem where the Address field isn’t displaying properly.Originally, the Address was pulled in via a lookup field. The field shows the correct data in the row, but Page Designer is displaying a “0” instead of the address.As a troubleshooting step, I also tried using a plain long text field with the address manually entered—but in Page Designer, it just shows a blank square. It’s like the field isn’t registering at all.Is anyone else running into this? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?

How to Disable the "+" Button in a Linked Record Field Without Restricting the Entire Column?

In our base, we have a field where users can select a project from a linked table. However, we want users to only select from existing projects, not create new ones. Currently, the small "+" button still appears next to the field, allowing users to add new projects—something we want to prevent.Is there an easy way to disable or hide the "+" button in a linked record field without locking or restricting the entire field or table for the user? We're looking for a solution that allows selection from existing records but completely disables the creation of new ones via this interface.Screenshot to show that often projects are added by incident - which we would like to prevent
