I’m looking for an experienced Airtable expert to help develop an MVP platform for a modular workflow and data tracking toolkit focused on operational delivery of sustainability or performance commitments. 

The tool is designed to support teams and suppliers in delivering on tiered targets (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold), track data and activity at project level, and surface both progress and recurring barriers. 

The front end will be built in Softr or a similar no-code interface to allow intuitive access for different user types (e.g. project teams, suppliers, funders). 

Core Airtable Build Requirements: 

• Projects must be able to select from Bronze, Silver, or Gold commitment levels, which trigger: 

• Tailored workflow prompts 

• Role-based task assignment 

• Procurement guidance aligned to the selected ambition 

• Data collection requirements (e.g. quantitative and qualitative inputs) 

• Generation of performance dashboards (e.g. % progress, commitment met/not met) 

• Calculations of efficiency 

• Base must allow: 

• Tracking of multiple projects across different focus areas (e.g. energy, travel, resourcing) 

• Collection of both numeric and checklist data per workflow item 

• Uploads of evidence and photo-based data, with future scope to use AI or image recognition to read and log key data (e.g. meters, receipts) 

• Supplier data input via structured forms or light API integrations (e.g. telemetry or CSV uploads) 

• Flagging of recurring blockers or support needs at project or organisational level

• User roles and views: 

• Client teams – Input activity, review progress, follow prompts, undertake and record training 

• Suppliers – Submit data and upload evidence 

• Funders/stakeholders – View portfolio-level dashboards showing commitment uptake and operational progress 

• Accessible dashboards for: 

• Project-level performance tracking 

• Commitment-level indicators (bronze/silver/gold) 

• Flagged support needs or blockers 

• Downloadable reporting/export functions 

• Embedded links to help content and guidance 

MVP Scope: 

• One core module fully built (e.g. Clean Energy/Power) 

• One light demonstration module (e.g. Travel Avoidance) 

• Standardised forms and templates for procurement, evidence, and training
