Faculty Positions

When you become CTI faculty, you are committing to a life of Co-Active mastery. It is your passion for the work that makes our programs possible. Our faculty comprise a multi-talented pool of international leaders and consultants who have deep experience working in many contexts.

We accept applications only during an open call period. If you are a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, you will receive an email announcement when we have an open call for applications.

Front of Room Leader

Requirements for front of room leaders for in-person & online (e.g., Certification) programs:

Graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program

E

Certified Professional Co-Active Coach

E

Average of at least 10 clients in coaching practice

E

PCC or MCC from the International Coach Federation

E

Excellent Co-Active Coach

Certification Program Leader or Supervisor
