Congratulations to Ponsse on the launch of the new PONSSE Buffalo Planter for forest regeneration. 🌱   The new PONSSE Buffalo Planter demonstrates how advanced machine control and automation technologies are expanding into new forestry applications. The innovative Buffalo Planter was developed in collaboration with Epec and Novelquip Forestry (Pty) Ltd, a South African company specialising in planting equipment.   Epec contributed to the project by developing the machine control system and implementing the machine’s user interface solution.   Modern forestry applications require reliable control systems, intuitive operator interfaces and intelligent software capable of performing in demanding environments, while supporting productivity and sustainability goals.   We look forward to seeing how technology continues to transform modern forestry operations together with industry-leading partners.   #Epec #Ponsse #NovelquipForestry #MachineControl #Forestry #Automation #OffHighway

Terkkuja eiliseltä SEAMK-vierailulta! 👋⚡️ Sähköisten työkoneiden ja digitaalisten oppimisympäristöjen teemapäivä kokosi yhteen alan opiskelijoita, opettajia ja yrityksiä Seinäjoella.   Päivän aikana päästiin kuulemaan ajankohtainen tilannekatsaus alan kehityksestä sekä tutustumaan käytännössä mm. sähköisten työkoneiden rakenteeseen, komponentteihin ja diagnostiikkaan. Laboratoriossa riitti kiinnostavaa nähtävää ja keskusteltavaa!   Epec oli mukana esittelemässä uusimpia ratkaisujaan sähköiseen voimansiirtoon ja työkoneisiin yhdessä muiden toimijoiden, kuten Avant Tecnon, Hydacin ja Matekon, kanssa.
