The innovative Buffalo Planter was developed in collaboration with Epec and Novelquip Forestry (Pty) Ltd, a South African company specialising in planting equipment. Epec contributed to the project by developing the machine control system and implementing the machine’s user interface solution. Modern forestry applications require reliable control systems, intuitive operator interfaces and intelligent software capable of performing in demanding environments, while supporting productivity and sustainability goals.
