    I have been attending Push for your Tush ever since my best friend Shannon was first diagnosed with Colon Cancer in 2014. Very proud to share that we have raised over $11,000 in 2019 in her loving memory to help colon cancer research and are the #1 team in York Region #3 in Canada. Colorectal cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers affecting people today but it doesn't have to be.

  • C3 Sprint Triathlon 2019

    I completed my first sprint triathlon 400M Swim, 15K Bike and 3KM run at the 18th annual C3 Triathlon

    This event has had over 12,000 kids and adults cross the finish line, including notable triathlon athletes Sean Bechtel, Taylor Reid and Olympian Andrew Yorke.

  • Top fundraising team for colon cancer research

    Push for your Tush Canada

    Shannon's Shamrocks was created in 2014 when Shannon Phair was first diagnosed with Colon Cancer at 33 years old.

    We have been attending ever since and are proud to share that we were the Top fundraising team in Aurora in 2018, 2019 and #3rd in Canada 2019 with $11,300 in donations to honour the loving memory of Shannon.
