I agree with this fully. CoRecruit does an amazing job of automating the make-work of search execution, freeing up partners to listen more, assess better, give clients better information before interviews, and lead more mandates. Big fan
The conventional wisdom is that big agencies win on AI. More budget. More data. Bigger tech teams. I think it's the opposite.
