We’re looking for a System Administrator who loves solving problems, optimizing systems, and keeping complex technical environments running smoothly. At Industrial Brothers in Toronto, technology fuels creativity and your work will directly support the artists, storytellers, and production teams who bring our projects to life. In this high-impact role, you’ll: ✓ Manage Linux and Windows servers, including AD, DNS/DHCP, file services, and centralized storage ✓ Deploy and maintain virtual machines and containers across Proxmox/VMware environments ✓ Oversee firewalls, switches, VLANs, and security protocols to protect our studio infrastructure ✓ Maintain backup systems and ensure data integrity and recoverability ✓ Support user accounts, permissions, and access across multiple platforms ✓ Troubleshoot and resolve issues so our artists and production teams stay focused and moving ✓ Implement optimizations and updates that strengthen performance and scalability We’re reviewing applicants now and are excited to meet someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical, and creative settings.
