Support Guidelines

When reaching out regarding connection issues or unexpected behavior with S3 providers (such as AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, Backblaze B2, DigitalOcean Spaces, or Supabase Storage), please include your operating system version (macOS/iOS/Web), the storage provider in use, and the approximate error message. Never include your secret access keys in emails or messages.

BucketMate prioritizes local-first security. If you discover a potential vulnerability, please email support@bucketmate.app with reproduction steps. We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours.
