I have inherited this Maxxis Air Elite Floor Pump. It is working well except for a critical piece as you can see in the attached image.

I have an existing pump so would like to set this one up to use exclusively for schrader valves, however I'm struggling to find any information online. Any advice where I can get a generic part or adapter?

The LBS was no help, and I'm not sure how to match the threads from parts I see online. Would hate to throw it away.

I use a Blackburn head on mine, it's my product recommendation, but you can get kits from Topeak, Zefal, SKS etc.

Usually the hose is cut and the new head installed on the bare hose end. The hose is generally similar enough between brands that this is no problem.

My pump is used in a commercial/shop environment and certain types wear out quite quickly or are fiddly to use. I have found the hose is the same diameter for Zefal, Park Tool, Topeak/JoeBlow and others. The Blackburn head has been on the Zefal pump for four years now, which is very good going.

I had the same issues - ended up replacing the head and the hose.

All three of my pumps had different threads and genders and sizes at the head end, but they all had the same barb with a thread-on crimping ring at the pump end. So I fitted one of these to each, and now I have a dedicated Schrader, and a dedicated Presta pump at home, and a floor pump in my car.

No specific recommendation made for this one, but this style of replacing the attached hose along with the pump head worked for me.
