Happy International Tea Day! ☕ Not long enough and the brew is weak. Too long and it's over-stewed. Brewing the perfect cup of tea is actually a thermal engineering problem. So we simulated it. Using Simcenter FLOEFD, we ran a full transient thermal analysis on a teapot, tracking how water cools from 100°C as heat convects, conducts and radiates out to the ambient.
