To celebrate the holiday season, our NSW team are proud to be partnering with our valued client, Barnardos Australia, for their Gifts for Kids Christmas Toy Appeal. Barnardos is on a mission to deliver $200,000 worth of donations to children and young people in their care, many of whom have experienced abuse, neglect, poverty or homelessness. These are children who often miss out on the joy of receiving a Christmas gift. SEEK has released new research on Recruitment Intensity - a measure of how much effort employers are putting into finding and securing talent. The report, developed by SEEK Senior Economist Dr Blair Chapman, features insights from industry leaders including our very own National Partner, Damien Miller, who shared Sharp & Carter’s perspective on current hiring conditions across Australia. The findings highlight that while recruitment intensity peaked in 2023, it rose again earlier this year, showing employers were once more working harder to attract and retain great people.
