Barnardos is on a mission to deliver $200,000 worth of donations to children and young people in their care, many of whom have experienced abuse, neglect, poverty or homelessness.     SEEK has released new research on Recruitment Intensity - a measure of how much effort employers are putting into finding and securing talent. The report, developed by SEEK Senior Economist Dr Blair Chapman, features insights from industry leaders including our very own National Partner, Damien Miller, who shared Sharp & Carter’s perspective on current hiring conditions across Australia. The findings highlight that while recruitment intensity peaked in 2023, it rose again earlier this year, showing employers were once more working harder to attract and retain great people. For us, this reflects what we see every day: - Candidates have more choice and clear expectations around culture, flexibility and purpose. - Employers are responding by refining their processes, strengthening their employer brand, and moving quickly with the right candidate. - Recruitment intensity isn’t just a hiring metric, it’s a signal of how the relationship between employers and candidates continues to evolve.   A big thank you to SEEK for leading this analysis and for inviting Sharp & Carter’s contribution through Damien’s insights.   How is your organisation adapting to today’s hiring challenges? 🔗 Read the full report via the link in the comments.
