The American Organization of Nurse Leaders Hawaii (AONL Hawaii) is an affiliate of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), founded in 1967, is a national organization for nurses who design, facilitate, and manage care and has more than 8,700 members. AONE provides leadership, professional development, advocacy, and research in its effort to advance the nursing profession and patient care, promotes nursing leadership excellence, and shapes healthcare public policy.
