- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 November 2023Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseEnjoyed reading this book alongside being a student on the Grow: Management course. A deep dive into understanding yourself better as an introvert and useful tools and techniques to manoeuvre the leadership landscape.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 June 2020Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseThrough the pages of this book, you get to feel as though you’re seated in a Masterclass being guided and affirmed by Carol, whose passion is to help introverted women achieve optimal potential and become great leaders.

Now whilst this book speaks to Introverted Women, I recommend this book to those who engage with women who identify as being introverted, in order for us/you to get a better understanding of who we/they are and the value we/they add to our World.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 February 2021Format: PaperbackOverall there are some very insightful parts in this book and the topic is very interesting. However, i found the writing not so good in a way that it felt repetitive at times, and disorganised , as if the author was journalling instead of writing a book. So i found it annoying to follow and quite shallow (generic) in places .

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 December 2021Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseThis is a pretty good book. It gives insight into what introversion actually is and discusses how the world is designed for extroverts and gives tips on how to work in this world that is designed for extroverts. It did not tell me anything I did not already know though. So the reason I gave it only 3 stars is because I'd like to read a book about introversion and the greatness of that, and not one that gives tips on how to fit in an extroverted world, designed by extroverts, for extroverts. A book that flipped that on its head and how introversion is a superpower is what extroverts need to do to tap into THAT would be a book I'd queue for hours to buy.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 May 2020Format: PaperbackReading ‘Quietly Visible’ has helped me realise that introverts are not in some way deficient, we are just a different character type and it is fine to be this way. The book provides detailed case studies, self reflection exercises and lots of advice on how to remain true to yourself, working with, not against, your introverted nature, and still hold your own and progress in an environment where extroverts very often dominate. A really useful book.
