Our mission remains clear: to connect the UAE’s most forward‑thinking healthcare organisations with Ireland’s world‑class innovators. We were proud to support and highlight the fantastic Irish companies exhibiting and walking the show — each showcasing cutting‑edge solutions across medtech, digital health, diagnostics, pharma, and life sciences. Their ambition, creativity, and commitment to transforming patient care truly reflect the strength of Ireland’s fast‑growing health and science ecosystem. A highlight of the week was certainly our evening networking reception, where we welcomed clients and partners from both the UAE and Ireland. We were honoured to have Deputy Head of Mission, John Forde from Embassy of Ireland Abu Dhabi, join us and share a few words on the deepening ties between our two countries. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, spark new collaborations, and celebrate what has been our largest-ever delegation of Irish companies participating at WHX Dubai. As we wrap up a successful week, we are reminded once again why Ireland continues to stand out as a global hub for healthcare and scientific innovation. From breakthrough technologies to agile, partnership‑driven companies, Ireland offers exceptional potential for organisations in the UAE seeking trusted, innovative, and future‑focused collaborators. Here’s to new partnerships, continued growth, and building the future of healthcare together🤝🌍 Enterprise Ireland Teresa Quinn Abbie Walsh #EnterpriseIreland #WHXDubai2026 #IrishInnovation #UAE #HealthcareInnovation #LifeSciences #Medtech #MENA #StrongerTogether #IrishCompaniesInUAE

A particular thank you to Marco Herbst CEO & Co-Founder of Evercam, for joining us and sharing the growth journey of one of Ireland’s most exciting construction technology companies. Marco’s insights on scaling disruptive tech, digitising project oversight, and driving transparency across global construction markets sparked a rich and practical discussion with the group. What stood out most was the quality of dialogue — senior industry leaders openly exchanging market intelligence, identifying opportunities, and shaping how Irish innovation can better align with the ambitions of #Vision2030 #Expo2030 and #WorldCup2034. A sincere thank you to the Embassy of Ireland, Saudi Arabia and Ambassador Gerry Cunningham for hosting us and supporting the continued deepening of Ireland–Saudi commercial ties. The strength of partnership between government, advisory leaders and client companies is what enables meaningful market impact. Great to have Abdulaziz Alsuhaim also in attendance and build on the strategic partnership signed last November between Enterprise Ireland and Federation of Saudi Chambers. We now look forward to continuing the momentum at the Irish Business Network Saudi Arabia kick-off this evening — strengthening connections across our growing Irish-Saudi ecosystem. 🌍 A Strong Start to Enterprise Ireland’s Presence at WHX Dubai 2026 🇮🇪✨🇦🇪 We were proud to kick off Enterprise Ireland MENA's first event of this year’s WHX Dubai with an exceptional programme designed to equip our largest-ever delegation of Irish client companies with a deep, practical understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape. The event was formally opened by the Irish Ambassador to the UAE, Alison Milton, whose remarks highlighted the strength of Ireland–UAE collaboration and the growing opportunities for innovative Irish companies across the region. Our session featured a series of high‑value fireside discussions: 🔥 Andrea Tithecott, Al Tamimi & Company delivered a comprehensive overview of the UAE regulatory environment, with a particular focus on developments surrounding the Emirates Drug Establishment — critical insights for any company seeking market entry or expansion. 🔥 Winston Piddington, Department of Health Abu Dhabi outlined the key health priorities shaping Abu Dhabi’s strategy and provided clear guidance on how Irish innovators can align with and successfully operate within this strategic framework. We then moved into a panel discussion hosted by Teresa Quinn, joined by: • Dr Fiona Kiernan MD, PhD(Econ), CDir, Zeumed • Dr. Osama Elhassan, Ph.D., FIAHSI, Dubai Health Authority • Dr. Ed Cody, Mediclinic Middle East Their collective insights focused on what the local health ecosystem truly needs, and crucially how international companies can meaningfully engage to meet those needs. From clinical priorities to partnership pathways, the message was clear: informed, collaborative, and value‑driven engagement is the key to success in this region. As the week continues, our client companies will be visiting WHX Dubai, exploring opportunities, and meeting partners across the healthcare ecosystem. 🤝 If you would like to connect with them while they are in Dubai, please feel free to reach out to Teresa Quinn and Abbie Walsh. #EnterpriseIreland #WHXDubai #IrishInnovation #HealthcareLeadership #MedTech #LifeSciences #IrelandInTheUAE #GlobalCollaboration #MarketInsights
