Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكLeadership Communication Coaching for CEOs & Public Figures | Crisis Messaging, Media Performance & Public Authority You run institutions. You move capital. You carry decisions that affect thousands, sometimes millions. You are one of the leadership faces of your country. In the room, your authority is not questioned. Then the camera turns on. And something shifts. Your tone tightens. Your delivery slows. Your presence disappears into the script in the teleprompter. The version of you the public sees is not the one your organisation depends on. That is the version being judged. That is the version being remembered. Across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, leaders are no longer evaluated only behind closed doors. They are evaluated in public: During press briefings During crisis announcements During moments where confidence must be visible And in those moments, communication is not support. It is the entire outcome. This is where high-level leadership communication breaks: When authority does not translate on camera When prepared statements replace real leadership When delivery sounds controlled, but feels disconnected Not because the leader lacks capability. Because no one has trained them for visibility under pressure. Kevin Abdulrahman works with CEOs, government officials, and senior decision-makers operating at the highest levels of responsibility. His work focuses on: Crisis communication and public messaging Media training for high-stakes visibility Public speaking for leaders under scrutiny Boardroom to broadcast communication alignment The outcome is simple: When you speak, people listen, trust, and follow. Not because of your title. Because of how you show up when it matters most. - Kevin works globally with Leaders across London, Abu Dhabi, Zurich, Doha, Berlin, Riyadh, Singapore, and beyond.

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكThis 👇🏽Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكThere is a moment every leader faces. When you see the problem clearly… and realize you now own it. Not because of your title. Because you understand it better than anyone else in the room. And once you see it, you don’t get to unsee it. That is where transformation actually begins. Not with strategy decks. Not with vision statements. But with responsibility. The willingness to step forward, absorb the pressure, and make decisions that will not make sense to others yet. Most people wait for clarity. Leaders create it. By carrying what others refuse to own.

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكStrategic Communication for Sovereign Wealth Leaders | Influence That Holds Beyond the Title Sovereign wealth leaders are expected to translate complex investment strategy into decisions others can act on. Capital allocation. Macroeconomic positioning. Long-term national interests. The thinking is not the issue. The translation is. Across Oslo, Luxembourg, Geneva and Paris, there is a pattern that rarely gets addressed openly. Leaders operating at the highest financial level Struggle to make their message land when it matters most. Not in analysis. In communication. It shows up like this: The strategy is sound. But the explanation loses the room. The logic is clear. But the delivery weakens conviction. The decision is right. But the influence does not follow. No one interrupts. No one challenges. But no one moves either. This is where real influence is lost. Not because the leader lacks authority. Because the communication does not carry it. At this level, the expectation is not just to understand complexity. It is to make others understand it quickly, clearly, and with confidence. This is where Kevin Abdulrahman works. Public speaking coach and communication advisor to CEOs, ministers, and sovereign-level leaders responsible for high-stakes decisions. Author of the Executive Communication Authority Series, a five-book body of work on communication, authority, and influence under pressure. His work focuses on helping leaders: Translate complex strategy into clear communication Hold attention in high-level discussions Speak in a way that drives alignment and decisions Ensure their delivery reflects the scale of their responsibility Because when influence depends on how clearly you are understood, being right is not enough.

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكPublic Speaking Coaching for CEOs & Leaders | Why You Look Weak on Stage Across Frankfurt, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Dubai and Hong Kong, there is a version of leadership that rarely gets called out. In the room, you are decisive. You move conversations. People follow your direction. Then you step on stage. And the contrast is immediate. Your delivery tightens. Your face locks up. Your message loses weight. No one interrupts you. But no one is fully with you either. This is where high-level leaders get exposed. Not because they lack intelligence. Because they cannot carry their authority into public speaking. And in today’s environment, this is not private. Your presentations are recorded. Your clips are shared. Your weakest moments travel further than your strongest ones. So the version of you that shows up on stage becomes the version people remember. This is not a small gap. It affects: How investors read you How teams respond to you How markets perceive you This is where Kevin Abdulrahman called on as the go to Public speaking coach and communication advisor to CEOs, founders, ministers, and senior leaders operating at the highest level. Kevin is also the author of the Executive Communication Authority Series, a five-book body of work focused on communication, authority, and influence under pressure. His work focuses on helping leaders: Deliver with clarity in front of large audiences Hold attention without forcing energy Communicate in a way that moves people to act Ensure their presence matches the level they operate at Because at that level, your ideas are not the problem. How you deliver them is.

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكMedia Training for Athletes | Post-Match Interview Coaching for Professional Players The match ends. The interview begins. Whether you're in Riyadh, Doha, Dubai or Abu Dhabi, athletes are judged in two moments: Performance on the field. Communication in front of the media. Clubs, sponsors, and fans do not only watch how you play. They assess how you speak. This is where problems show up: • Post-match interviews that sound unsure • Answers that weaken confidence • Messages that get misinterpreted • Clips that spread for the wrong reasons These moments affect: Contract negotiations Sponsorship value Public perception Long-term brand Not because the athlete lacks intelligence. Because most athletes are never trained to handle media interviews under pressure. This is where Kevin Abdulrahman works. Kevin Abdulrahman is a public speaking coach and media training advisor working with high-performance individuals, including professional athletes, to strengthen communication in high-visibility moments. He is the author of the Executive Communication Authority Series, a five-book body of work focused on communication, influence, and authority. He works with athletes, teams, and managers to: • Handle post-match interviews with clarity • Answer media questions with confidence • Control the narrative on camera • Protect and strengthen personal brand Because in modern sport, performance gets attention. But how you speak to the media determines how you are valued. #MediaTraining #AthleteInterviews #SportsMedia #PublicSpeakingCoach #MiddleEastSports

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكPublic Speaking Coach for Engineers & CTOs | Boardroom Communication That Drives Decisions Strong systems do not get approved on their own. They get approved when people understand them. Across global teams, from Tokyo to Seoul, Frankfurt to San Francisco, the same pattern shows up. A senior engineer or CTO presents something that is technically sound. The logic holds. The system works. The risks are covered. Yet the outcome is: More discussion. More hesitation. More delay. Nothing is wrong with the system. The problem is what happens in the room. Boardroom decisions are not made on technical accuracy alone. They are made on clarity, confidence, and how well the message holds under pressure. When communication is not structured, even strong ideas lose momentum. When communication is clear, decisions move. Kevin Abdulrahman works with engineers, CTOs, founders, and technical leaders who operate in environments where communication directly affects outcomes. He is a public speaking coach and executive communication advisor, and the author of the Executive Communication Authority Series, a five-book body of work focused on communication, influence, and authority. His work focuses on helping technical leaders present complex systems in a way that decision makers can follow, trust, and act on. Because in the boardroom, it is not the system that moves forward. It is the clarity behind it. #BoardroomCommunication #TechnicalLeadership #CTOLeadership #InfluenceAtWork #DecisionMaking

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكThis 👇🏽Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكA country just told every mother: you were never “just a housewife.” Today, on Mother’s Day, HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced that the word “housewife” will be replaced in Dubai’s official documents. The new title? 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿. Read that one more time. Every mother who ever felt reduced to a checkbox on a government form just got handed her real title back. Because Sheikh Hamdan put it clearly: mothers are the first school for their children. The place where belonging, responsibility, and the values that shape nations are born. Not in universities. Not in boardrooms. At home. At her hands. And this isn’t the first time the UAE has done this. In 2017, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum his father looked at the term “individuals with special needs” and said: this doesn’t define who they are. He replaced it with 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. People called it symbolic. A nice phrase. Nothing more. Then the UAE hosted the Special Olympics World Games in 2019. First time ever in the Middle East. Then came inclusive workplaces, priority services, national empowerment strategies. The “symbol” became a system. The system became a culture. That’s what most people miss. The UAE doesn’t change words for optics. It changes words to rewire how a society thinks. When you call someone a “housewife” you anchor her to a building. When you call her a “generations shaper” you anchor her to a legacy. When you call someone “special needs” you define them by what they lack. When you call them “People of Determination” you define them by what they possess. Same people. Different words. Completely different trajectory. 2026 is the UAE’s official Year of the Family. Because the strongest nations aren’t built on economies alone. They’re built by mothers who finally have a title that matches their impact. 🇦🇪 ♻️ Repost if you believe every mother deserves more than a checkbox.

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 شارك ذلكMarket Communication for Economists | Influence in Policy, Investors and Decisions In the Middle East, the numbers are rarely the problem. The thinking is sharp. The models are sound. The calls are often right. What breaks is what happens after you speak. Rooms go quiet. Then nothing moves. Across Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, financial leaders are being watched in real time. Not for what they know. For what their words do. Do they move a position? Do they shift a view? Do they change a decision? Or do they just explain what everyone already read in a report? That difference is where influence is either built or lost. Kevin Abdulrahman works in that exact space. He coaches senior leaders, advisors and decision makers whose words carry weight in markets, policy and capital allocation. He is the author of the Executive Communication Authority Series, a five-book body of work on communication at the highest level. The focus is simple: When you speak, things should move. If they don’t, something is missing. #MarketCommunication #FinancialLeaders #DecisionMaking #MiddleEastBusiness #Influence

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكKevin Abdulrahman 🏆 أضاف إعجابًا إلى ذلكA few insights on the market from this morning’s chat on Business Breakfast with Dubai Eye. Below are the highlights: 1. Moody’s reaffirmation of Binghatti’s rating is a testament to Binghatti’s de-risked business model and liquidity management. 2. Stress tests ran by Binghatti indicate that even under draconian assumptions on price corrections, the company remains in a healthy liquidity position. 3. The UAE government has been monitoring all developments and has not been averse to coming up with policy initiatives as witnesses through the UAE central bank’s decision to announce a proactive financial institution resilience package backed by over 1 trillion in assets to strengthen the banking sector. 4. Supply chain risk is not only minimized by Binghatti’s vertically integrated business model, but also largely by the strong supply chain infrastructure within the UAE. 5. The UAE and Dubai’s track record show a strong ability to withstand global crisis, emerging stronger everytime. Binghatti Dubai Eye 103.8

Kevin Abdulrahman 🏆 تفاعل مع ذلكKevin Abdulrahman 🏆 تفاعل مع ذلكOver the past few weeks, the UAE’s founder community has shown us what resilience truly means. Not just pushing forward, but reaching back. Founders who were once supported are now opening their doors, their platforms, their resources… and their hearts. talabat is offering 100 cloud kitchens, rent-free, to give F&B entrepreneurs a fighting chance. SQUATWOLF is opening up its website, app, stores, and social channels to showcase smaller homegrown brands - giving them visibility and access. Takalam is offering free counselling sessions and safe spaces for people to be heard, and to begin again. These are just a few examples of how founders are showing up for each other. These are not campaigns; they are acts of conviction. An entrepreneurship ecosystem comes of age when those who rise begin to carry others with them. In the GCC, small talk isn’t small. Too many professionals underestimate its power. But here, it isn’t “small” at all. In this region: Relationships precede transactions. Trust comes before contracts. And the few minutes of conversation before the meeting often carry more weight than the hours spent inside it. ❌ Skip it, and you risk being seen as cold or disinterested. ✅ Get it right, and you create warmth, credibility, and a bridge to lasting partnerships. Practical ways to master it: 1. Respect culture: Personal comes before business. Start with family, travel, or shared surroundings. 2. Stay genuine: Forced chit-chat feels empty. Authentic curiosity builds connection. 3. Listen actively: It’s less about what you say, more about how you make others feel heard. 💎 In the GCC, small talk is big business. Those who know how to use it turn moments into trust, and trust into deals. #IsraaShaheen #InsightsByIsraa #GCC

Not all coaching engagements deliver the same outcomes. Successful executive coaching is built on several critical foundations. First, trust and confidentiality are essential. Senior leaders must feel safe to explore challenges openly—especially in hierarchical cultures common across the Middle East. Without psychological safety, coaching remains superficial. Second, clarity of purpose matters. Coaching should have clearly defined objectives aligned with both organisational priorities and individual leadership goals. Ambiguity weakens focus and impact. Third, commitment from the leader is non-negotiable. Coaching is most effective when leaders take ownership of their development and actively engage in reflection and experimentation. Finally, organisational support strengthens success. When organisations reinforce coaching goals through culture, feedback, and leadership expectations, change becomes embedded rather than isolated. Successful coaching is a partnership—grounded in trust, clarity, and accountability.

I couldn’t believe it when a new client told me she was referred to me by ChatGPT 😱 When so many business owners worry about SEO and visibility in the age of AI, ChatGPT itself put my work in front of her She is based in the Middle East, and in her search she didn’t even specify a country. She simply asked for a coach who understands therapy, coaching and naturopathy, and who could help her design her client sessions. ChatGPT gave her ten options, and I was number three on the list. She reviewed the others, compared websites, and ultimately chose based on the quality of the website and the message she got from me when she reached out. For me, there are two simple lessons in this: → Have a defined niche with a clear message that speaks directly to your audience → Prioritise a great customer experience at every touch point This is exactly what I teach inside my coaching and mentoring programme. When you are clear, consistent and aligned in your positioning, clients find you, whether through search, social or even AI. If you are building a health or wellness business and want to stand out with clarity, confidence and a client experience that converts, get in touch. This is the work I love helping entrepreneurs master.

What is success pendulum? 🚀 How to Handle Rejections Like a Pro! 🔥 Rejections aren’t the end of the road; they are just detours guiding you toward success! Every successful entrepreneur, artist, or leader has faced rejection. The key? They kept going! SEIF EL HAKIM (The Alpha) gave an insightful and impactful way to handle rejections - Success Pendulum Imagine a pendulum—on one side, failure, and on the other, success. The farther you swing toward failure, the higher you swing toward success. 🚀 If you avoid failure, you stay stuck in the middle—never reaching true success. 💡 Look at these legends who embraced failure: 🔹 Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper for "lacking imagination" and had multiple failed businesses before Disney became a global empire. 🔹 Colonel Sanders (KFC) was rejected 1,009 times before someone finally believed in his secret recipe! 🔹 Elon Musk faced repeated failures with SpaceX rockets before launching successful missions. 🔹 Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team but used that rejection to fuel his success. 🔹 Jack Ma (Alibaba) was rejected from 30+ jobs, including KFC, before building one of the world’s largest companies. Key Lessons? ✅ Rejections = Redirections – They guide you to something better. ✅ Fail Fast, Learn Faster – The more failures, the more lessons. ✅ Keep Swinging! – The only way to reach success is to embrace both sides of the pendulum. 💬 Which rejection turned into your biggest success? Drop it in the comments!👇 🚀 Tag someone who needs this reminder! 💪 Watch the full episode - link in bio #EntrepreneurMindset #success #coachingbusiness #podcast

This founder didn’t lack hustle. They were competent, present, and deeply invested in the business. But the business was still capped at AED 150K/month with a world-class setup. What wasn’t translating wasn’t effort. It was leadership design. They were carrying growth on their back with: no clear ownership across the team, no accountability metrics, no BD engine, and a front desk trained to “support,” not to drive revenue. So the founder stayed in reaction mode solving, chasing, correcting while growth stayed inconsistent. The shift wasn’t “do more.” It was lead differently. We redesigned the operating model: incentives tied to outcomes, BD installed as a function, front desk empowered as revenue owners, KPIs + dashboards to drive clarity. Within 60–90 days, the ceiling broke: AED 220–250K/month projected 25%+ cost optimization predictable inflow via partnerships This is what happens when a founder stops being the engine and becomes the architect. Save this if you’re the one holding everything together.

2024 proved one more thing - Women are no longer just participants in Dubai's real estate market they are the key players. In 2024 alone, women investors invested over AED 118 billion ($32.13 billion) into Dubai's property market. That's from more than 50,000 property deals, proof that more women are stepping in and investing with confidence. So, what's being done to support women in real estate? A lot, actually. To increase female involvement even more, DLD has initiated a few major programs * Real estate agent program - over 1000 women have joined the real estate industry through this program. * Real estate brokers Program - This has led to more women being active brokers.

The power of coaching lies in asking simple, clear questions that open doors. When you ask a short, sharp question, you cut through mental noise and invite real reflection. Avoid overcomplicating your questions. The most profound insights often come from the shortest inquiries. Practice limiting your questions just these: “Tell me more.” “What else?” “Then what?” Each one nudges your client to pause, think, and stretch their perspective. In coaching, less is always more. Trim the excess, talk less, and listen more to your client, and watch transformation unfold.
