Our self-service lockers are conveniently located near the places you already visit. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to retrieve your parcel. Pickup windows may differ for each location, check your confirmation email for specific time frames.

Pick up at our staffed, in-store counters, available at shops and retailers in your neighbourhood. Pickup windows may differ for each location, check your confirmation email for specific time frames.
If you're not able to pick up your parcel within the designated time frame, we’ll automatically send you a refund and return it for you.

There is no additional cost to use a locker or counter.

Is shipping free to an Amazon pickup location?

Unlimited fast delivery to Amazon pickup locations is included with Prime. Standard delivery is FREE for all customers when choosing an Amazon pickup location.

How long do I have to pick up my Amazon Locker or Counter parcel?

Pickup times vary by location. Please check your confirmation email details. If you're not able to pick up your parcel, we’ll automatically return it for you and send you a refund.

Are there any restrictions on items that can be delivered to an Amazon Locker or Counter?

Most items sold by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon pickup location. There are some specific limitations on items that require special handling, exceed weight or size limitations, or contain hazardous materials. A full list of eligibility guidelines is available here. During checkout any ineligible items will be flagged and you will not be able to select Amazon Locker or Counter for pickup of these items.

Can I have someone else pick up my Amazon Locker or Counter parcel?

Yes. If you want someone else to pick up your parcel from a locker or counter, simply forward the delivery confirmation email to that person.

Do Amazon Lockers offer accessibility features?

Yes. All Amazon Lockers offer accessibility features including talking lockers, larger and high contrast touchscreen text, and a lower locker slot preference to support access by blind, low vision, deaf, hard of hearing, and mobility impaired customers. Click here for more information.

Can I return items to an Amazon Locker or Counter?

Yes, certain items can be returned to participating lockers and counters. Visit amazon.co.uk/returns to start the process and find a returns location nearest you.
