• If you want to return the stock, you can do so within 7 days of receiving the product via mail to the outlet address where you received the item.
• We will issue you a credit note, which will be valid for 30 days (excluding the issuing date).
• Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment cost.
• The credit note can be used as a mode of payment, but partial redemption of the credit note is not allowed.
• You must buy a product of equal or higher value as your credit note.
• The credit note is accepted in any al-ikhsan store.
