int iswpunct( std::wint_t ch );

指定されたワイド文字が句読点、すなわち !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~ のいずれか、または現在のロケール固有のいずれかの句読点かどうかを調べます。

ch の値が wchar_t として表現可能でなくマクロ WEOF の値と等しくもなければ、動作は未定義です。
