What's up with the name in the parentheses

It's me following the conventions of Hong Kong since I'm from a Cantonese-speaking region. I'm okay with people using the name Zetian but I would much rather be called Zack or Sebastian since "Zetian" is Mandarin. You'll see me using this name from time to time in different projects.
