Any background context you want to provide?

  • There was a goal related test that was non-deterministic.
  • The portfolio summary main UI-grid was hung in a loading state due to a few mismatched function names.

What's this PR do?

  • Updates a test
  • Fixes function naming from portfolio summary -> label service -> property view labels

How should this be manually tested?

Load any portfolio summary goal
