For Windows install you need to use cmd, and throw it go to StudyFaces folder ('dir' command). Be sure, you need to install python interpreter first. Then use:
python -m pip install requirements.txt (or python3 -m pip install requirements.txt)
It will install all necessary modules. If you faced a problem in this step, try to find a solution in internet.
To run main program: 
python main.py or python3 main.py
