HMD Vibe 2 5G key specs and pricing tipped ahead of launch

The HMD Vibe 2 5G is set to launch in India on May 21. Ahead of its debut, the company has already confirmed a few key specifications. Now, a tipster has revealed the phone’s expected price along with additional hardware details.

According to the tipster, the Vibe 2 5G will be powered by the Unisoc T8200 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.75-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. It is also said to carry an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

HMD has already confirmed that the Vibe 2 5G will pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging. The company has also revealed that the handset will feature a 50MP primary rear sensor and an 8MP selfie camera.

The tipster has also revealed the India pricing for the HMD Vibe 2 5G. The base 4GB/64GB variant is tipped to start at INR 8,999 ($95). The 4GB/128GB model is said to be priced at INR 9,999 ($105), while the 6GB/128GB option could cost INR 10,999 ($115).

Think they are focusing more on India market from what I have seen, nothing in the EU for a long time.
