it's a good watch and deserve the price for what it can do overall. the Only Google comes close with its smart features and Huawei as well, but Apple made a better watch for average consumer.

I just bought one and I love it. I only have to charge it every third day, and that is using the work out tracking, and other GPS functions. Granted it is a new watch but I love it.

Many of the flagman phones (Apple, Samsung, Sony, Google), watches (Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Honor) and more or less I enjoyed having all of them, but recently I have settled with apple devices, because I just find it working so smooth and without any issues. And if you take into the account Apple ecosystem, it just brings you to the whole new level of convenience. Besides, the quality and durability of Apple products is second to none. Battery life? Yes, my Apple Watch Ultra 2 doesn't hold a charge for a week (it lasts 2 days), but is that a problem for me? No it is not, because I just put it on a charger when I am having a shower and it gets like from 30% to around 70% by the time I am ready to go. However, it is not a secret that Apple prioritise functionality and design over a battery life, and if you think charging your device frequently is not for you, just pick something else instead. Pricing? Yes, Apple is more expensive than some other brands, but my personal experience is that Apple devices are much more durable and has much better resell value. At the end of the day, all of the aforementioned devices can be a good fit depending on our needs, and I don't really understand this never ending debate about which is better. Just chose whatever is better for you and be happy using it. 🤷♂️

Samsung Watch6 Owner, 06 Mar 2024"For me as a regular guy who likes to do jogging in the urban city..." - how many ti... moreYes you are right in a way but issue is only apple watch works perfectly with apple devices, you cant use samsung watch with ios and vice versa, its matter of echo system and in every mobile company watch there is a limitation bit apple software support is best on class, i have series 6 watch which i bought on launch and XS max which i changed to 14 pro max and i am ok with it
In android i am note user since note 2 and currently using s23 ultra along with watch pro 2
My deep experience says that apple watch is was smooth ever after years of daily abuse only issue is battery life which i charge daily and i charge my watch 2 ultra as well but may be on every alternative day
So in short best deal is to buy one used model, may be an year or two year old in good condition save some money and enjoy smooth experience.

For run need GPS, by the why, if you want to track your way. Apple Watch looks great only at commercial. In reallity i think it's a expensive toy. Most probably for children. But too expensive for children too. Garmin is for people which like big travel, trips and etc. For daily usage i guess the best right now is Samsung, maybe Pixel from Google, people syaing they are good. All others is a crap for money which they do not deserved i think. This is my opinion. Apple actually have to big prices, theirs devices do not deserved to cost so many money. Good quality devices right now making a lot of companies, so Apple just taking money for name APPLE. But Apple fans, i think, do not getting i think that, they still think that APPLE is the best, in reality already is many devices which cost less and looks better. Samsung i think is one of it. Some expert and people saying good words about Google's devices too. Huawei is already for users which do not understand that there is other world i think, others chinese companies (Xiaomi and etc.) doing cheap copies i think only. By the way, OnePlus i think is exeption, they realeased smartwatch which some epxert adding in theirs rank like good choice. So there are devices without Apple Watch, just pick up one. I like Samsung, battery do not need charge so often like Apple, but have probably the same or more features, the same of more good quality and price is less.
