Trump Mobile Android

The Trump Mobile T1 Phone, announced with much fanfare (how else) last year, finally became available this June for $499. And if you wanted one, hopefully you were able to get it at that price. Now you can't. That's because the device has quietly received a sharp price increase up to a whopping $749.

That's 50% more than it used to be, and considering the fact that this is just an HTC from 2024 with a gold paint job and Trump logo on it, well, let's just say you really need to be a huge Trump fan to justify the new price.

The Trump phone just got 50% more expensive

There are many better-specced phones out there for the same money, or even less. As a refresher, the Trump Mobile T1 Phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, 512GB of storage, a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide, a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, a 50MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 30W wired charging. The handset runs Android 15 and there's been absolutely no talk of any software updates, so you should probably assume it's not getting any.

That is a very "strong" argument. Calling someone a communist because they can do basic arithmetic shows how braindead you are! Drumpf took a cheap 2024 HTC, slapped his name on it, jacked the price to 749$, and you are screaming communist ...

Trump Mobile T1 started at $499, now it's $749 a 50% price hike for what's basically an old HTC dipped in gold paint with Trump branding. It's not just a smartphone, it's a political smartphone with a markup. Fans are told this is...
