In 2 zzz updates that cpu is going to run against its throttle ceiling, which is this abhorrent jittery boosting behavior. It's really, really bad, especially on a device from a brand known to enforce variable rate shading on review samples to keep its frametime graphs on pace......

C4etech: After fair criticism of Samsung.
Juan Bagnell: For bashing Apple, Samsung and Google's laziness compared to other brands that are not readily available in North America.
All their channels had reduced reach, while people just reading the Samsung/Apple marketing manual and calling it a "review" got pushed hard by the algorithm.
These are just three that I can think of right now at the top of my mind. The list is pretty long and extends over the past decade or so.

Xiaomi has some of the best customization on Android.
Their theme store is the best.
Unmatched display and haptic feedback customization.

It is blocked by most brands. Or supported but results in a loss of warranty.

IPhone is worst at customization, doesn't provide bootloader unlock nor does it have any of the things you mentioned as a "con" for Xiaomi. So there is literally no reason to downgrade from a Xiaomi flagship to an iPhone.

No they don't, for a good bulk of time, iOS needed sh*tty iTunes to connect. No proper file manager existed.
File transfer mode was limited to few chosen folders. You couldn't even do basic things like move a file to a different folder without jumping through a few hoops.
Android just connects seamlessly without ten different steps.
You couldn't even change the default browser from Safari to something else on iOS for a long time.
During the pandemic, the face unlock simply didn't work with a mask on for a good 18+ months. Things just work? Yeah right!

Fake news! Some of the most popular apps like SwiftKey and Poweramp didn't even release on iOS for so many years.
No sideloading of desired apps means no privacy in your hands.

Only the Instagram app is more optimized, we can install modded Instagram apps (based on iOS) ported to Android that provide much better experience, than even iOS.

The phone used to overheat during heavy games, provided lower battery life during gaming compared to Android, no bypass charging to conserve battery.
Emulator support was and still is weak compared to Android.

Is that why even after 6 months, people are complaining about the bugs on the latest iOS? while no such complains exist on the latest Android despite fragmentation.

Locked mess doesn't qualify as work better.
Look at Chinese android brands, you can now connect their phones seamlessly to your Windows laptop or MacBook.
While iPhone will only seamlessly work with MacBook, not Windows.
All the iOS advantages you mentioned are generic recycled things that we have been hearing for years, yet no real advantage was ever found in real world testing.

Could potentially end up as the next phone for my mom, she's currently on a base S23 that's getting a bit long in the tooth.
The cameras seem...fine enough, the incredible battery life is definitely a big selling point for this phone

not bad, if it's well priced in the 3rd world market and you can find a decent custom rom. I used to die on the hill of snapdragon due to modified google camera but I never took any pictures in the first place. I don't play games on my phone either emulated or otherwise

A benchmark shows the capabilities of a chip, it could be high settings or medium settings, as long as it paints a good, realistic picture of the capabilities of the chip, it's a good benchmark.
it's just too much work for gsmarena, far easier to just run an easy stress test.

Huh, surprisingly good camera in both main and UW for a Poco X phone, which is usually not the case. Once the price finally settles down after a month or two at around 300-350EUR this phone will be a pretty nice deal, if you want a cheap battery monster, that can also make nice pictures. If only Xiaomi decides soon to get rid of these crappy selfie sensors, that plague pretty much all of their phones, this one included.

Asking people then to try and work out what they would get with their game and settings is not very scientific.
In summary it gives poor value for GSM compared to the extra workload.
I am sure other sites do more games orientated testing to satiate your desire in this regard?
