People seriously undermining a simple fact that battery will have double lifespan since the charging cycles will be halved during the entire life of the battery for the same usage.

But it all trickles down to what ecosystem u are okay with, i mean ios_android, what i will recommend though are vivo x300 and oppo x9 pro, samsung s25 plus, iphone 16 plus, 16 pro max, 15 pro max

You'll read differing viewpoints on camera quality from phone to phone because they are likely from different people. I tend to believe a very large portion of consumers couldn't tell the difference between a mediocre camera setup and a top tier one.. and it won't matter which company, like Samsung. Yet some, like myself, might be more willing to give OnePlus a pass because they offer leading battery life and charging speeds, especially in the US market. Samsung is unacceptably behind on that and I won't consider them until they take it seriously.

But they deliberately downgraded the cameras to not compete with oppo which is not a good move I agree. They should have retained the last year cameras at least, if they are not improving. Then it would have been a no brainer.

If I am paying double the money for poorer processor, battery and charging, I will want a good camera bcs thats the only reason I am paying so much.
But if camera is not a big priority for me at this time, I will save money. The best processor, best charger, best battery are just icing on cake.

This is definitely NOT the first phone to offer 165hz at more than 1080p resolution
The Razr ultra(Razr 60 ultra) 2025 had 1224p 165hz since MAY of this year

We miss the alert slider. How did they decide to remove it completely?? That's the main reason I'm gonna skip this phone even though I'm looking for a new one to replace my OnePlus 11. And the camera is another reason to skip it. The only question is - which phone should I choose now?

Ambient temperatures may have made the difference.

mipp, 26 Nov 2025In Finland OP15 12/256GB model is 849€ and you get Op watch 3 43mm for free. I paid 799 euros for the same package, same country. After a week of using the phone, I'm happy with it overall. Knew about the camera things and it wasn't the main feature that I required from my new phone. Would be nice if it took more detailed pictures, something that could be fixed with an OTA update down the road. Hoping that they do just that.

OnePlus is a great device, why are you turning it into an iPhone imitation? It should have a mechanical side button. Be original!!! You have the resources, only your mind is an imitator and it's easy to get away with it.
