Nubia really fumbled the bag. Again. I like the design of this lineup, especially the Van Gogh edition but man, the rest doesn't live up to the expectations.

The original charger that came with the phone in a box.
Maybe people are not aware that you have multiple charging options available in settings and not using its full potential to charge with the max speed if temps are allowing it.

I would be more than happy with such UDC selfie quality, I don't do many selfies anyway. I wish there were more phones with this technology, smaller, so hopefully soon..

I disagree with the reviewer. "Pretty great pictures"? They are mediocre at most when it comes to small details and processing. For sure, they are not on the Ultra level.

Aierlan, 04 Jun 2025Looking at the photos here and on other reviews I don't think it was any worse. That'... morei've seen shots of it from a youtuber and the Z60 Ultra's camreas easily were NOT that great, this is better, even if only slightly.
It's all ZTE's processing that's messing everything up, in RAW mode this'll give the S25 Ultra a run for its money fr.

So it gets to 60c after a prolonged load while the performance levels at around 8 gen 1+ levels WHATS IS THAT?!?! Last year Z60U had one of the best performance (and its actually has 2x better score in sustained performance than this one). Also how come that Z60U with smaller capacity has way better battery life? So its a crazy downgrade to last years model almost in every term (the screen got better and an additional button is always a nice addition) :/

Remember when Nubia actually had OIS and big sensor on their UW (its actually was last years model lol) now they put some hot garbage that even on native focal length produces crazy blurry mess

Look at ... moreZTE is the main outlier i think, everyone else has better battery life than before but ZTE had already such a big headstart, by having a 6k mah li-ion battery, that the move to Si/C just isnt big enough.
What's weird is that they have both a larger battery and a newer chip with a newer android version but they cant even match, let alone beat, last year's excellent Z60 Ultra. I saw that phone's numbers and was perplexed, and was wondering how they'd top it, well they just didnt lmfao

Just because Apple and Samsung are horrible doesnt mean ZTE has to be lol, i dont get why you're bringing them up, im criticizing ZTE. If everyone were just comparing themselves to Apple and Samsung we'd be stuck in 2021 hardware lol
And i want them to improve, ZTE actually nailed the battery last year with the Z60 Ultra, and that phone was one of the greats imo at that time, but this phone has such poor battery life that i cant even say it's good let alone great. That's my main issue, they di d it before and failed to do it again.
This phone has neither great battery, software, software support nor camera software, the hardware itself is great but it has too many holes to truly be good. Gcam can save the camera but a lot of times it bugs out or the videography doesnt work properly so a good baseline performance from the cameras needs to be there, if not that, at least the battery needs to be great.

The main camera although a smaller sensor performed just as well as this (actually probably a bit better). The ultrawide was better than any other flagships last year at at 18mm was great for video. Periscope was more or less the same. Makes much more sense to go for that for anyone considering this phone (assuming it's still available)
