iQOO could soon launch a new smartphone in China powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. While the official name remains unclear, a new leak suggests it could be a new Neo 11 series phone. The leak also reveals several key specifications of the upcoming device.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the handset is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

While the tipster hasn’t confirmed the device’s name, several comments on the post suggest it could be part of the new Neo 11 series.

Some users also speculate that it might be the rumored iQOO 15T. However, the 15T has previously been tipped to feature a built-in cooling fan, a detail that Digital Chat Station has now denied for the device mentioned in the latest leak.

The tipster also claims that the phone will pack a single-cell 8,000mAh battery and feature a 200MP primary rear camera. It is further said to include a metal frame, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

More details are likely to emerge in the coming days.
