RedMagic 11 Pro+ and 11 Pro from nubia have been made official in China. The latest flagships from nubia are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.

The smartphones have several features and specifications in common, including display, cameras, and design. Both feature an inbuilt active cooling fan and a liquid metal VC chamber; however the Pro+ also gets a pulsating water cooling engine.

Both devices sport a 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The phones also feature an under-display front camera as well as a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The RedMagic 11 Pro lineup has a screen-to-body ratio of 95.3% and 1.25mm slim bezels.

The phones are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with the company’s self-developed R4 gaming chip, up to 24GB of LPDDR5T RAM, and 1TB UFS 4.1 Pro storage.

The RedMagic 11 Pro packs a large 8,000mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging. Meanwhile, the 11 Pro+ gets a 7,500mAh cell with 120W wired and 80W wireless charging support.

At the back, both phones get a 50MP primary camera along with another 50MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phones get a 16MP under-display sensor on the front.

The smartphones feature a Synaptics touch chip that enables 3,000Hz touch sampling rate and 360Hz multi-touch sampling rate. They also come with 520Hz dual touch shoulder buttons.

Other specs include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 7 support, NFC, an infrared blaster at the back, three microphones, stereo speakers, and an IPX8 water resistance rating. The phones run RedMagic OS 11 with several AI features. They measure 8.9mm thick and weigh 230g.

The RedMagic 11 Pro is available in Dark Knight and Silver Winged War God colors. It is priced at CNY 4,999 ($700) for the 12/256GB option and CNY 5,699 ($800) for the 16GB/512GB variant.

On the other hand, the RedMagic 11 Pro+ is available in three colors. There’s the plain Dark Knight variant with 12GB/256GB priced at CNY 5,699 ($800).

Then you have the Transparent Silver Wing and Transparent Dark Knight options, which are priced at CNY 6,499 ($910) for the 16GB/512GB option. Notably, the Transparent Silver Wing model is also available in a 24GB/1TB variant that will cost you CNY 7,699 ($1,080). The transparent variants also feature LED lighting.

You can buy it online and import it ,I bought the 1tb 24gb varient from mygsm ,customs was 500 rands ,dhl was 700 something rands ,total I think I payed 21500 rands for the top of the range

The reason most phones don't have SD card slots is because they can't keep up with the read and write speeds, Express cards will fix this in the future but that's why cheaper phones still have them.
