The Pixel 11's 1/1.56-inch main sensor is smaller than the Pixel 6's 1/1.31-inch sensor. A phone five years older has a better main sensor. That's insane.

After downgrade on main and ultrawide sensors on Pixel 10 and RAMpocalypse it will take a while for base Pixel phone to match the sensors of the base Pixel 9 i currently use. This 900$ "flagship" has 400-dollar phone ultrawide camera. I wouldn't consider recommending the base 11 just for this reason alone
