Phones with low end socs called pros. That's funny.
Put that led to the upper corner, just like old Ericsson phones did, or forget the whole thing...
No need to try to re-invent the wheel, when old solution was the best.
Wow, they brought back the notification light that was around at the start of android and got rid of the genuinely useful temperature sensor. Not exactly groundbreaking.
After using the pixel phones for a few years (pixel 6, pixel 7 pro and then pixel 9 pro XL), I've had enough of the cut-price tensor chipsets that overheat and fall behind the competition. I've always had massive battery drain when I am out the house and connected to 5g. The pixel 6 and 7 were completely useless and always had super weak signal, the 9 is better but still my battery inexplicably disappears when I'm out.
I think the greed has got the best of these phone makers and now the Chinese manufacturers are here to steal their market share

About time device makers bring back this notification LED. There was a time, that tiny LED notification used to be a deal breaker during device purchase, until everyone removed it. It's a simple way to indicate notifications, than AOD.
me wait for google pixel 15 pro ultra max crazy edition final evo
I remember a led lamp on Samsung S8 or S9. It was useful. But much more likable was the pressure button on screen. For some reason, it was very satisfying to use.
For things like Google Search, Docs, Maps, YouTube and Gmail, I could use them on a $300 smartphone and be perfectly comfortable.
Close enough, welcome back LED notification
