Well we heard the theory in practice we should ban remove and uninstall all AI for good.
Apart from taking humans work and people have less and less jobs, apart from rising prices for CPU, GPU and RAM it brought nothing worth having it.
We should ban ,uninstall, remove from everywhere even from system registry and even from all history books in other words make sure all humans will forget on AI for once for all and for good. And the word AI no matter the name will be banned and forgotten to use.
Just like in Harry Potter movie they couldnt say Lord Woldemort.

"leading US closed models were unable to stop it" - is a False statement. Those models did not even try, because of security barriers put up, to satisfy US government requirements.
If you don't try to do the job, due to laws, doesn't mean you are not capable of doing it.

So, why aren't there any criminal investigations against OpenAI? These are algorithms designed to do specific things. They're exceptional at finding oddities, which is why they're used in chemistry, biology, astronomy, etc. The code was CREATED to do this. Therefore, the CREATOR is responsible for it, as this was always the intent. So, why no criminal investigations? Why have the ones in charge of legislation stopped applying law to corporations? If you or I would break into those systems I can guarantee you we'd look at prison time.
