they said they are going through a reorg which means they will lay off many employees. it seems they are also going through a 'legal consultation' which is basically agreeing on the exit packages depending on where these employees are located.
every single company comes up with similar explanations when they will fire people in masses and paints a picture like it is for the growth, for the simplicity etc. in a nutshell, nothing is firing people for profitability and cost cutting. will this result in leaving markets too? we will see it in time.
