If this claim were true, then it would last longer. 10 days on 24/7 monitoring is on par with good majority of the competitor. Not to mention, Garmin has more accurate measurement than most.

If companies like pebble can get up to 20+ days on a single charge with a screen then garmin of all people who sell a 1300$ smart watch should be able to do the same. they are just cheap and want to charge you out the *ss for something that im sure will also end up with a subscription that isn't "required" but you only get step tracking without it. So much E-Waste these days.

Wish it was even more minimal, cheaper and with better battery life, but the concept is pretty good and not everything needs a display

I think this is a nice trend to have health trackers as bands without displays. I want to wear my old-school manual watch, while still able to wear a tracker on the other hand time to time. It is nice that there are no subscription fees. However, I would like to be able to change the strap to something else - maybe same style NATO starp that I use for my watch, for example. Maybe with adapters, it will be possible to remove and replace the proprietary strap.

I would rather spend 80 bucks on Amazfit that have gps with maps, pretty good health and fitness tracker, alexa build in and it can run it for 7 days of moderate usage...

Great concept, I was actually looking for a band like this without display. I like the simplicity where you just push one button and focus on your activity, and whatever else you want to know you can just look up on your phone. However the price is absolutely ridiculous.
