hope the chip not same. Really its useless if its only 9000mah but chip is slow if the price increase from previous gen ( which is will increase). There's already Z11 sith same batery cap with 7s. Gen 4, increase budget $100(in my country) got you the X8 pro. It need to have atleast same 7s gen 4 if poco want to compete

I wanted those same options too and bought a Poco M6 Pro 4G which is a cheaper Redmi Note 13Pro 4G with 64MP rather than 200 MP camera.

That better not be the actual X8, should be M9 Pro or something. Because Poco X8 needs to be the smartphone with Dimensity 7500 with Poco X series being all Dimensity chips too, otherwise it's gonna be tough sell. :)
I unfortunately have jumped the gun and buy a headphone jackless Poco X8 Pro Max. My X4 GT is getting too aged and I've been waiting for an X8 GT (Dimensity 8500 with Headphone jack). I've been checking Phone Finder and it's too odd that for 7 months, there isn't a flagship killer with a headphone jack at all.

But this X8 as a rebrand of redmi note 17 Pro isn't even interesting. I would say for redmi note 17 Pro be a bit of downgrade when it was using SD 7 series and now goes to 6s gen 4
SD 7 series is like entry flagship or just top end middle class chip while SD 6 series is bottom of middle class while it use to be middle of middle class but then went like on a pause and there was not much of it where the 7 series took over. Anyways the SD 4, 6 and 7 series gets really confusing when they perform very close to each all the time
I don't understand what SD is even doing. why have so many classes like 4, 6 and 7 when it's all in the Antutu performance range of 600k to 1 million points while the SD 8 and 8s series is like 2 million to 3 million points. Is it like hard to make the 7 series lower point to what was 7+ gen 2 and middle as 7+ gen 3 and then have like something that reach 2 million as few 100k points less then 8s series so they have like sd 4 series around 600k and 6 series around 800k
